Provide Tier 1 technical support for employee workstations, accounts, and office peripherals. Assist with IT asset management, onboarding/offboarding hardware preparation, and general office IT readiness.
Candidates should be pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field with basic familiarity with macOS and Windows. Strong communication skills and the ability to work onsite in New York City are required.

As an Information Technology Intern, you'll work closely with our IT team to support day-to-day technology operations, employee support, and basic IT projects in our New York office. This internship is a great opportunity for a college student candidate to gain hands-on experience in a modern corporate IT environment. This candidate needs to be local to New York City, as this role is a onsite position.
Our environment is primarily macOS and some Windows devices, and we use tools such as Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Zoom, Slack, Jira, and other SaaS platforms.
