The Patient Coordinator conducts treatment presentations to help patients understand their oral health needs and coordinates financial arrangements. They also manage appointment scheduling, patient check-outs, and daily procedure reviews with the Practice Manager.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least two years of customer-facing dental treatment coordination experience. Bilingual skills and reliable transportation for travel between multiple offices are required.

You will conduct Treatment Presentations to ensure the patient understands their diagnosed treatment to improve their oral health, including coordinating financial arrangements.
