Provide professional support to dental schools and institutional customers via phone and email regarding product questions and order coordination. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues and maintain organized account records.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills with a professional, customer-focused demeanor. Experience in dental, healthcare, education, or inside sales support is preferred.
