The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from defining role requirements with hiring managers to onboarding new hires. They are responsible for developing sourcing strategies, maintaining talent pipelines, and driving continuous improvement in recruiting processes.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in SaaS or technology, and a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. Proficiency with ATS, AI tools, and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion are required.

Final compensation is determined based on a candidate's relevant experience, skills, education, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for annual bonus.
