The General Maintenance technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure building equipment and systems operate efficiently. This role involves troubleshooting, basic repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.
Candidates must possess strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills along with proficiency in using hand and power tools. The role requires the ability to read technical manuals and blueprints, as well as a clean driver's license and the ability to travel regularly.
The General Maintenance is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure that the building, equipment, and systems are properly maintained and operating efficiently. This role includes surveying, troubleshooting, basic repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and other systems within the facility. The General Maintenance will work closely with account manager and project manager to ensure projects and surveys are completed in a timely manner and meet all quality standards.
Pay: $23.00
