The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. They must also document work in CMMS, respond to service requests, and ensure all facility operations comply with safety regulations.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience in facility or industrial maintenance. Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic devices, and knowledge of building systems is required, with technical or vocational training preferred.
