The Lab Operations Specialist will manage laboratory workflows, including instrument maintenance, waste disposal, and safety compliance. They will also oversee inventory systems and ensure researchers have efficient access to compounds and reagents.
Candidates must hold a BS or MS degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or biochemistry. At least 4 years of experience in a research laboratory environment with proficiency in inventory management and instrumentation is required.

Our Lab Operations Specialist, Chemistry position plays a central role at the interface of multiple disciplines in our Synteins™ discovery effort. The successful candidate will enable operational excellence of laboratory workflows across chemistry, biology, and automation. Your work will directly accelerate the pace at which new therapeutic candidates move from concept to experiment. This role offers opportunities to shape laboratory infrastructure, improve operational workflows, and grow alongside an emerging biotechnology company as our scientific organization expands.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with experience managing laboratory inventories, coordinating logistics, and maintaining laboratory instrumentation in a fast-paced research environment.

The salary range for this role is $72,000 - $103,000. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Abiologics, Inc currently offers healthcare coverage, annual incentive program, retirement benefits and a broad range of other benefits.
