The Director is responsible for managing all licensing requirements and ensuring compliance within classrooms and school files. They must also cultivate strong relationships with staff and families while conducting regular classroom observations and reviews.
A CDA or higher certification and previous experience as a Childcare Director are required. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and demonstrate strong multitasking and leadership abilities.

Shift: Monday - Friday; schedule will vary
Educational Requirements: A CDA or higher is required. Previous CD experience is also required.

She wanted to create a beautiful facility with nurturing staff and programming focusing on a healthy lifestyle and Kindergarten readiness – but most importantly, she wanted her kids to love it. abc has since expanded to the neighbouring house at 20 Melrose in 2009 and to Davisville Village at 1432 Bayview in September 2011, to 1923 Queen E in September 2013 and Leaside at 235 McRae in September 2014. It continues to offer a warm, nurturing, educational and fun environment for little ones giving parents great peace of mind and kids a great start to school.
