The QC Analyst is responsible for performing microbiological and chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure quality standards. They also manage laboratory equipment maintenance, monitor utilities, and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the QC department.
Candidates must hold an MLO-4 or HLO degree in a relevant field such as microbiology, chemistry, biotechnology, or pharmacy. Proficiency in Dutch and English, along with knowledge of GMP guidelines, is required for this full-time position.

De afdeling QC Steriel maakt onderdeel uit van de afdeling Quality Control en is verantwoordelijk voor:
Release testing van steriele producten;
Environmental monitoring;
Utility monitoring voor zowel de Steriele als Orale productieafdelingen.
Naast het QC Sterile Products Laboratorium bestaat de afdeling Quality Control uit een Oral Products Laboratorium en een Incoming Goods Laboratorium. Dit maakt het een veelzijdige werkomgeving met volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. De locatie in Olst is bovendien goed bereikbaar vanuit onder andere Deventer, Apeldoorn en Zwolle.
Als Analist QC Steriel ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van microbiologische en chemische analyses die nodig zijn voor de vrijgave van eindproducten, grondstoffen en in-procesmaterialen. Je voert je werkzaamheden uit volgens de geldende kwaliteitsrichtlijnen, zodat producten en processen voldoen aan de gestelde eisen.
Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
Uitvoeren van microbiologische analyses, zoals kiemtellingen;
Uitvoeren van fysisch-chemische analyses, zoals geleidbaarheids-, pH- en chemische limiettesten;
Zorgdragen voor tijdige en betrouwbare analyseresultaten;
Uitvoeren en afronden van onderhouds- en kwalificatiewerkzaamheden aan apparatuur;
Beheren en up-to-date houden van laboratoriumvoorraden;
Ondersteunen van onderzoeken en projecten binnen de QC-afdeling;
Signaleren van afwijkingen en bijdragen aan verbeterinitiatieven binnen Quality Control.
Je bent nieuwsgierig, nauwkeurig en gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een professionele laboratoriumomgeving. Daarnaast werk je zelfstandig, neem je initiatief en lever je graag een bijdrage aan continue verbetering.
Daarnaast beschik je over:
Een afgeronde MLO-4 of HLO-opleiding in een relevante richting, zoals microbiologie, chemie, biotechnologie of farmacie;
Een proactieve en servicegerichte instelling;
Bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de farmaceutische industrie;
Kennis van en ervaring met GMP-richtlijnen;
Ervaring met laboratoriumautomatiseringssystemen is een pré;
Een fulltime beschikbaarheid van 40 uur per week;
Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.
