The Make Ready Technician prepares apartment homes for new residents by performing repairs, painting, and cleaning. Responsibilities include maintaining appliances, fixtures, and HVAC filters, as well as participating in an on-call maintenance rotation.
Candidates must have at least one year of multifamily maintenance or make-ready experience and a positive, detail-oriented attitude. HVAC certification is preferred, and the ability to work weekends and on-call rotations is required.

This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, motivated, and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get the job done right. If you're looking for an opportunity to grow your skills and work with an EXCELLENT company, keep reading!
Assist with moving and replacing appliances
Inspect, repair, or replace faucets, sinks, bathtubs, tiles, and plugs
Perform light painting, drywall patching, and caulking
Replace or repair ceiling fans, blinds, light fixtures, and more
Change HVAC filters and report issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
Clean carpets using commercial equipment
Assist with apartment trash-outs and property grounds upkeep
Support the team with after-hours on-call maintenance (required rotation)
High energy and a positive, can-do attitude
Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
Professional appearance and excellent service skills
Willing to work weekends and participate in the on-call rotation
