The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients in home settings. They are also responsible for providing caregiver coaching and monitoring client progress through data analysis and clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Experience in conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and providing home-based consultation is preferred.

This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with families while delivering individualized, evidence-based services that promote meaningful, lasting progress in the environments where children learn and grow every day.
As a BCBA-owned and operated organization, we understand the importance of strong clinical support, manageable caseloads, and flexibility. We work closely with our clinicians to develop schedules that support both quality care and work-life balance.
