Oversee all accounting operations for a multi-property portfolio including hotels, multi-family, and restaurants. Provide strategic leadership while managing day-to-day functions such as financial reporting, internal controls, and team development.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with over 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in hospitality. Advanced proficiency in M3 Accounting and ProfitSword is essential.

AAM15 is looking for a hands-on finance leader to oversee accounting operations for a multi-property hotel, multi-family, and restaurant portfolio. This role will provide strategic and operational leadership while actively participating in day-to-day accounting functions, financial reporting, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, cash management, and internal controls.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive hospitality accounting experience, including oversight of multiple hotels, strong proficiency with hotel accounting systems, and advanced expertise in both M3 Accounting and ProfitSword. This individual must be comfortable rolling up their sleeves and working directly in the details while leading and developing a high-performing accounting team.
