The Sales Agent is responsible for sourcing leads, prospecting, and networking to meet and exceed monthly sales goals. They must provide excellent customer service to maintain member retention and build a profitable business.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and a valid driver's license with acceptable driving records. Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses is required.

Your success will require you to:
Qualifications:
Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate off $24.04. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $80,000 and $100,000 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
