  • Serve as a backup resource for procure-to-pay activities, by developing a strong understanding of end-to-end invoice processing, payment controls, and related accounting impacts.
  • Assist with the evaluation of non-routine transactions, accounting policy application, and implementation of new accounting guidance, as assigned.
  • Contribute to improvements in accounting processes, systems, and close efficiency while maintaining high reporting quality.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.

The Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA license preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting and/or industry experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP with hands-on experience supporting month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Experience supporting audits and familiarity with internal controls or SOX environments preferred.
  • Experience with international accounting standards and tax law.
  • Detail oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with NetSuite preferred.
