Provide 1:1 implementation of Behavioral Support Plans and deliver acute interventions to address challenging behaviors. Support individuals in home and community settings to ensure safety and stabilization.
Candidates must be able to utilize approved crisis intervention strategies such as Safety Care or TCI. The role requires the ability to work under the supervision of a Behavioral Consultant to reduce risks to health and safety.

The following is a questionnaire and employment/contractor inquiry, and authorization for background inquiry. Please complete it entirely so we can begin your application process. You will only be considered for a possible position when all forms are filled out completely.

A Cognitive Connection, LLC utilizes Cognitive Behavioral (talk) therapy in conjunction in conjunction with technology, as well as music, and a multisensory approach to evaluate and explore how thought, and how the brain processes thought, influences our feelings, so we can change our behaviors. This can be used with children, adults, and seniors to improve visual and auditory processing skills, focus, memory, self-worth, negative thought, poor school and work performance, personal development, and relationships.
