We're looking for a Partner Growth Manager who enjoys building relationships, creating commercial opportunities, and helping partners succeed.
In this hands-on role, you'll grow and enable our partner ecosystem by supporting co-selling, partner onboarding, joint marketing initiatives, and business development. Your focus will be on helping partners confidently position, sell, and deliver 55 Degrees' solutions while driving partner-generated growth.
You'll work with consulting-, solution-, and technology partners across the Atlassian and Azure DevOps ecosystems, collaborating closely with our Account Executive, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams.
You’ll join our Growth team, which currently consists of an Account Executive (direct sales) and a Content Marketing Manager, and report directly to the Director of Growth. Occasional travel to partner meetings, conferences, and industry events is part of the role.
Build trusted relationships with an assigned portfolio of partners and support their long-term success with 55 Degrees.
Lead partner onboarding and activation, ensuring partners quickly gain the knowledge, tools, and confidence to position, sell, and deliver our solutions.
Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, product demonstrations, and sales training while providing guidance on messaging, use cases, and best practices.
Maintain partner readiness by keeping playbooks, campaigns, sales resources, and product updates current and accessible.
Identify and recruit partners that align with our Ideal Partner Profile.
Evaluate new partnership opportunities and contribute to building a high-performing partner ecosystem.
Develop new business opportunities through co-selling and joint customer engagements.
Support partners throughout the sales cycle by participating in discovery sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
Help partners create customer value and grow partner-generated pipeline and recurring revenue.
Collaborate with our Account Executive, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver joint campaigns, webinars, events, and go-to-market initiatives.
Track partner engagement, pipeline, referrals, and commercial performance using HubSpot and other systems.
Monitor partner health and identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Continuously improve partner onboarding, enablement, and growth programs through data, feedback, and collaboration.
You're someone who enjoys building long-term business relationships and helping partners succeed. You build trust quickly, are naturally curious, and combine commercial thinking with a genuine desire to create value for customers and partners alike.
You're equally comfortable facilitating workshops, supporting sales opportunities, or planning the next partner initiative. You enjoy collaborating across teams, thrive when managing multiple stakeholders, and take ownership to get things done.

3+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, alliances, or a similar commercial role.
Experience working with SaaS and subscription-based business models.
Experience with co-selling, partner-led revenue models, and consulting or technology partners.
Ability to build trusted relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience within the Atlassian ecosystem.
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Experience leading workshops, enablement sessions, and customer meetings.
Experience planning partner enablement programs, webinars, and joint marketing initiatives.
Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
A structured, organized, and data-driven approach to work.
Professional fluency in English.
Have experience with Azure DevOps or the Microsoft ecosystem.
Have experience supporting Agile, Engineering, DevOps, Product, or Digital Transformation teams.
Have experience working in Product-Led Growth (PLG) and/or Partner-Led Growth (PLx) organizations.
Approximately 45,000 SEK/month, depending on experience and qualifications.
