You will partner with ThirtyEight Capital to identify market inefficiencies, validate business models, and develop operational concepts in the veterinary technology sector. The role involves building companies from the ground up, focusing on commercial traction and long-term sustainable growth.
We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals with strong execution capabilities and an ownership mentality, ideally with experience in veterinary, healthcare, or multi-site operations. While a specific degree is not mandated, a strong operational mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguous environments are essential.
