I always try to invent new ways to introduce my students to not only learning the Chinese language, but also incorporating many lesson on Chinese culture. As a minority in China, I was also able to engage them in activities and cultures of my minority group, Tujia. I also do administration work for our partner Confucius Center groups. We have chapters located in various different countries and regions and I need to do organizations, arrangements and project management to meet these student's study needs although not studying locally from my program.
