Tacto is hiring a (Senior) Product Marketing Manager to build and own the PMM function within Go-to-Market (GTM) Marketing & Growth. You’ll shape positioning, launches, pricing, and enablement to help Tacto become the trusted voice for modern procurement, working closely with product and marketing in a fast-moving, Munich-based team.

What youll do

• Build and own the PMM function including positioning, packaging, launches, and enablement.
• Craft positioning and messaging that resonates with procurement leaders and C-level buyers.
• Drive end-to-end product launches from strategy to execution and impact measurement.
• Create sales enablement content, decks, and battlecards to help the sales team win and expand deals.
• Partner with GTM leadership to define pricing and packaging for conversion and expansion.
• Monitor competitive intelligence to understand where Tacto wins and loses.
• Collaborate with marketing on thought leadership, content, events, and campaigns.
• Work hands-on in a fast-moving environment and iterate on processes and tools daily.

What Tacto is looking for

• Minimum 2+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing (ideally Series B+) or 1–2 years in consulting with strong software GTM exposure.
• For senior candidates, demonstrated track record and progression in product marketing (senior roles may require 5+ years).
• Experience in demanding, startup-like environments or equivalent project complexity.
• Strong commercial instinct and storytelling ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
• Systems thinking across positioning, packaging, pricing, and enablement.
• Regular use of AI tools and willingness to experiment with new workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with pace and ambiguity; bonus: experience in procurement, supply chain, or selling to industrial companies.
