Job Description
1. Automation Software Development and Maintenance:
- Design and implement control software for automated production lines (such as C#, Python, LabVIEW).
- Develop and debug drivers for automated equipment to ensure proper device functionality.
2. Smart Manufacturing System Development:
- Develop and optimize the integration of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Analyze and optimize production data to improve production efficiency and product quality.
3. System Integration and Testing:
- Integrate systems based on industrial standard protocols (such as OPC UA, Modbus).
- Use automated testing tools for system testing and verification to ensure system stability and reliability.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze production data, generating reports to support decision-making.
- Use data analysis tools (such as Python, PowerBI) for data processing and visualization.
5. Security and Maintenance:
- Enhance the security of automation systems, including network security, data encryption, and vulnerability patching.
- Design and implement system maintenance plans to ensure long-term stable operation.
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with hardware, manufacturing, testing, and product managers to participate in requirements discussions and feasibility assessments.
- Write software design documents to ensure maintainability and scalability of the software architecture.
