Job Description
1.參與人力資源、考勤、薪資與福利等內部核心系統的開發與功能優化
2.協助企業推動人資數位轉型，強化流程效率與系統穩定性
3.推動自助服務與流程自動化，導入AI、RPA等技術應用
4.開發與維運標準化API，整合HR系統資料，提升系統間串接效率與一致性
5.設計並建構企業內部資料整合架構，支援多平台資料交換與擴充性需求
6.協助海外據點導入與維運HR系統，確保流程符合當地法規並與總部作業一致
7.優化跨國營運支援架構，提升跨地區系統彈性與延展性，加速全球標準化推動
