Man Camp Attendant Supervisor

The Man Camp Attendant Supervisor oversees and performs facility maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of camp facilities, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building maintenance. Responsible for supervising maintenance personnel, ensuring a safe and well-maintained living environment, and coordinating daily maintenance activities.

• Responsible in the performance of assigned duties as safely and efficiently as possible to maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensures a high quality of work is maintained in the performance of tasks.
• Supervises a small team of employees as they perform a wide variety of facility maintenance related tasks including but not limited to the below.
• Remodel, renovate, and demolish equipment and facilities.
• Construct, restore, and install structures such as floors, doors, walls, windows, staircases, furniture, cabinets, shelves, and roofs.
• Paint finished wood and metal products
• Make minor electrical repairs such as changing light bulbs and broken outlets.
• Perform inspections and repairs on small HVAC systems.
• Repair/replace plumbing fixtures and unclog drains
• Cut grass and trim trees
• Sweep sidewalks and decks
• Clean equipment, shop area, and work site area.
• Clean rooms after an employee moves out.
• Perform other duties or assignments as required

• Minimum Qualifications
• Education/Certifications: 
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Vocational training in Carpenter, Plumber, Electrician and/or HVAC field or equivalent highly preferred.
  • Must hold a valid Universal EPA refrigeration handling certification or be able to obtain one within the first six months of employment
  • Prior supervision experience required
  • Must be able to successfully pass a preemployment medical screening
• Experience
  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience in the Facility Maintenance field required.
  • Must have an excellent understanding of safety directives and polices regarding the maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Skill
  • General knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the Facility Maintenance trade required.
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
  • Requires basic computer skills using Microsoft suite
  • Requires a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation, and teamwork.
  • Must exercise discretion and good sound judgment.
  • In addition, visual acuity, hearing and speaking requirements would be considered.
  • Requires working both indoors and outdoors in addition to working inside an office
