What's expected of you

• Perform mobile device repairs, including screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port repairs, and related services, to company quality and speed standards.
• Follow the assigned repair queue and complete work as directed by your Assistant Store Manager.
• Document repair tickets, diagnostics, and parts usage accurately in our repair tracking system.
• Escalate repairs beyond your current skill level to an Advanced Repair Technician or store leadership.
• Flex into front-of-house duties when the team needs it, greeting customers, managing check-in/out, and communicating repair status.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe repair bench at all times.
• Support inventory awareness for parts and repair supplies.

To be successful at uBreakiFix, you'll bring

• Basic mobile device repair skills, or a strong technical aptitude and eagerness to be trained.
• Exceptional attention to detail and steady hands. Precision matters in this work.
• Ability to follow structured repair procedures and quality standards.
• Comfort moving between your repair bench and customer-facing duties when needed.
• Basic computer or tablet proficiency for repair ticketing systems.
• Experience in device repair, electronics, or a technical trade (preferred).
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
