Job Qualifications
Must Have:
1. Completed technical vocational training (Berufsausbildung) or equivalent with technical background/aptitude.
2. Hands-on experience in manufacturing, production, or quality inspection environments. Semiconductor experience is a plus, but motivated entry-level candidates and cross-industry applicants are welcome).
3. Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment (90%), covering physical material handling as well as stationary desk-based analysis.
4. Readiness to work rotating shifts.
5. Solid PC literacy (MS Office, especially Excel).

7. Availability for onboarding in February 2027, including the 6-month training in Tainan, Taiwan.
Nice to Have:
1. Prior experience in cleanroom environments, semiconductor manufacturing, or precision industries (e.g., optics, electronics, medical technology).
2. Basic understanding of defect inspection systems, statistical process control, or 6S principles.
3. Mandarin language skills (beneficial for cross-site collaboration).
