Founding Growth
About this role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with 2-5 years of experience in growth marketing or GTM roles who has owned acquisition pipelines at early-stage or high-growth startups. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity with a B2C or professional-facing growth mindset and have a track record of scaling user/expert acquisition through paid ads, referrals, community building, and creative channels. Bonus points if you have experience growing the supply side of a two-sided marketplace.
What you'll do:
Own expert acquisition end-to-end — build and run multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid ads, email, referrals, events, community) to scale our expert network from 100K to millions
Manage a 7-figure annual budget with full autonomy over channel allocation and spend optimization, making rigorously data-driven decisions on what to double down on
Build and nurture expert communities through social media, Reddit/Discord engagement, Slack channels, ambassador programs, and in-person events to drive organic growth and retention
Plan and execute IRL events including expert dinners, hackathons, roundtables, and conference activations across the country to recruit and engage domain experts
Partner directly with the CEO and Head of Projects to shape the supply-side growth strategy and identify new acquisition channels we haven't yet explored
Drive Terac's brand credibility within expert communities — make being a Terac expert a sought-after title through compelling messaging, social presence, and community programming
