About this role
About the Role
You'll be Temper's founding product designer, owning design end-to-end across our agentic integration platform. Working directly with our Chief Product Officer, you'll design both the interface where people and AI agents build integrations together and the platform where those integrations run—then ship the production frontend yourself. This is a chance to set the design language and patterns that every future hire will build on.
What You'll Do
- Design the agentic UX where users and coding agents collaborate to build enterprise integrations.
- Design the platform UX for deploys, runtime, observability, and logs—the mini-cloud where integrations live.
- Implement and ship production frontend code in React and TypeScript without handing off to engineers.
- Establish the design language, component system, and UX patterns for the product.
- Work directly with leadership to shape product direction and design decisions from day one.
What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years of product design experience with shipped work demonstrating exceptional craft and taste.
- Proficiency implementing production frontend in React and TypeScript; you ship code yourself, not Figma files.
- Experience designing dense, technical B2B SaaS products with understanding of agentic or human-computer interaction patterns.
- Appetite for a fast-paced, high-intensity, in-person early-stage environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Top-quartile pay and meaningful equity.
- Full health coverage.
- Top-tier office with equipment for maximum productivity.
Location
On-site in San Francisco.
