About this role

The Role
First infrastructure hire.
Own the runtime and the self-hostable story.

Temper is an agentic integration platform for the real economy. You are our first infrastructure hire, working directly with Nick (CTO), on a leadership track. You start as the person who owns infra and grow into the person who leads it.

What you would own
01

A mini cloud platform. Basically a Vercel for integration runtime: durable execution, sandboxed isolation, self-healing when things break.

02

The agent infrastructure. Coding agents that write, test, and deploy integration code, running at scale in production.

03

Observability and self-hosting. Full observability into every integration and agent, shipped as a single-tenant, self-hostable product.

You might be a fit if
πŸš€

3+ years at a high-growth startup. Fast, ambiguous, under-resourced environments.

☸️

You have run Kubernetes in production. Operated it, scaled it, debugged it at 2am.

πŸ—οΈ

You have owned infrastructure or a platform end-to-end. Owned, not contributed to.

πŸ€–

You code with AI agents and lean into it, but have the taste not to ship slop.

What we offer
  • Top-quartile pay (cash and equity)
  • Founding-team equity: every decision is yours to shape
  • A top-tier office in San Francisco
  • Equipment for maximum productivity: M5 MacBook Pro and more
  • Full health coverage, 401(k) match

Company at a glance

Unnbound is developing the first agentic integration platform for global supply chains, replacing manual analyst work with LLM-powered AI agents to automate mission-critical integrations, addressing brittle middleware and lagging B2B deals in the real economy.
