In this role, you’ll:

✔️ Perform daily janitorial cleaning to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
✔️ Use power washing equipment to clean and maintain outdoor areas and building exteriors
✔️ Work with a supportive team while interacting professionally with clients and staff at all levels
✔️ Take pride in delivering high-quality results that make a visible difference

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust interior areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling and restock supplies
  
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers

Requirements

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude
• Physical ability to perform cleaning and power washing tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to quality work
