Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare apartments, ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable for new tenants or residents
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, common areas, and shared spaces
• Perform vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and other floor cleaning tasks
• Clean and sanitize office spaces, bathrooms, and kitchens
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and responsibly
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety procedures
