About this role

Description

Copper Mill Apartments is currently seeking for Apartment Cleaner / Housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of resident’s apartments and common areas of our Apartment Community in San Antonio, TX.

Essential Functions:

Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes (make-ready units)
Maintain cleanliness of common areas (clubhouse, hallways, laundry rooms, etc.)
Assist with light groundskeeping as needed
Report any maintenance or safety concerns
Help create a positive first impression for new residents

Requirements

Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred (but not required!)
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and team-oriented
Ability to work on your feet and stay active throughout the day
