Synertex LLC is seeking candidates for a potential Meeting Facilitator (Facilitation Support) role supporting the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Training Directorate. Support senior leaders in planning and conducting high-level meetings, offsites, and town halls. Help groups reach clear decisions and meeting outcomes through structured, neutral facilitation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with senior leaders to plan meetings, offsites, and town halls, including agendas, objectives, and expected outcomes.
• Facilitate discussions using established meeting facilitation techniques.
• Support conflict resolution, constructive discussion, and decision-making while remaining neutral.
• Manage meeting scope and keep discussions focused on agreed objectives.
• Document key decisions, outcomes, and follow-up actions as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience facilitating leadership meetings, workshops, offsites, or similar group sessions.
• Familiarity with meeting facilitation methods, conflict resolution, and consensus-building.
• Ability to work effectively and impartially with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong meeting planning, organization, and verbal and written communication skills.
