Product Tester
About this role
Sweetwater's Service Team is looking to add a Product Tester to our growing team! This person is responsible for inspecting and testing our returns of live sound & recording hardware, pro audio software, and a variety of music equipment for proper function and sell-ability. If you are a Gearhead, love to work with your hands, and enjoy problem solving, this position is perfect for you. You'll be part of a team who coordinates our returns with our vendors and our customers to make the overall guest experience flawless!
This is a full-time 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday position located at Sweetwater's amazing facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Qualifications:
-Candidates must have basic working knowledge of MIDI and audio recording concepts, music technology
-Strong working knowledge of computer operating systems
-Desire to pay close attention to detail, high level of organization, and the responsibility to promptly complete assigned tasks
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs
- The ability to work both individually and with a team
- Familiarity with iOS, MAC, and PC functionality
