Sales Admin (Order Processing) - Night Shift

We are looking for Sales Admin - Order Processing to head a challenging position in SolarEdge Sales Operations team.

The Sales Admin - Order Processing will be responsible for Solaredge customer order processing, from booking to customer delivery, including:

·      Order processing through continuous communication with customers, operations and sales managers.

·      Ensuring an appropriate order flow according to organizational policies.

•       Continuous communication with worldwide SolarEdge departments, finance, sales operations, planning and sales

•       Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

•       Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, as it relates to customer orders and internal requests.

•       Troubleshooting in ordering processes and derivation of possibilities for enhancement.

•       Issue weekly reports, reflecting order statuses.

•      BA in Business Administration or general field.
•      Prior experience in an administrative role
• Service-oriented, strong customer relationship and people skills.
•      Experience in a high tech and global company– a plus.
•      Fluency English.
• Experience with ERP (Oracle – a plus). systems & Microsoft Office
•      Team player and excellent communication skills.
•      A well-developed sense of urgency, strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy.
•      Working in US time zone (PST/ PDT)
