Silver Dollar Saloon is looking for a dependable cook who takes pride in serving great food and keeping a clean, organized kitchen. The ideal candidate works well with others, stays focused during busy shifts, and helps deliver a great experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.

• Complete food prep and keep workstations stocked and ready for service.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage procedures.

• Communicate with bartenders and servers to keep orders accurate and timely.

• Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.

• Wash dishes, clean kitchen equipment, and complete opening and closing duties.

• Maintain consistent portions and help reduce food waste.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or restaurant experience preferred.

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.

• Able to manage multiple orders in a busy kitchen.

• Strong attention to cleanliness, food quality, and order accuracy.

• Available for evening and weekend shifts as scheduled.

• Able to perform kitchen duties, including standing for extended periods and safely handling supplies, with reasonable accommodation as needed.
