What part will you play?

Financial Planning and Analysis Professional will support finance, controlling, planning and reporting activities across the Digital Industries (DI) EMEA region, covering multiple countries and diverse markets. The role will contribute to accurate and timely financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis, while supporting effective coordination across the DI EMEA Finance organization.

Тhe position will also assist the EMEA Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Head in day-to-day activities, preparation of financial information and presentations, coordination and follow-up of regional topics, and various ad hoc requests. The role will contribute to financial transparency, harmonization and effective collaboration across countries and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support regional budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles, including consolidation of inputs from countries and timely preparation of regional submissions.

• Support regular controlling activities, including variance analysis and preparation of financial performance overviews across countries.

• Prepare and maintain financial analyses, reports and models supporting planning, forecasting and management reporting.

• Coordinate regional reporting and monitoring activities, including collection, validation and consolidation of country inputs.

• Support Finance and operational teams across the region in ensuring financial transparency and compliance with Siemens standards and regulations.

• Support digitalization and AI related activities to improve data quality, transparency and reporting efficiency.

• Coordinate and follow up on ad hoc requests from Global, EMEA and Regional stakeholders ensuring timely and reliable responses.

• Assist the EMEA FP&A Head with preparation of analyses, meeting materials and other required information, including operational and organizational support for key Finance activities and initiatives.

We are looking forward to receiving your application if you have:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A or Business Analytics.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with AI powered productivity and analytics tools, Power BI and SAP is an advantage.

• PC Literacy and Fluency in English

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Structured, reliable and proactive working style with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple topics and requests in a timely manner in an international and multicultural environment
