Manager I, SERE and Sustainability Operations

Join us as a Manager of SERE and Sustainability Operations, where you'll lead the charge on Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability across our sites. If you're passionate about protecting people and the planet while driving operational excellence, this role is for you.

What will you do?

• Establish and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems, ensuring full compliance with regulations and corporate standards
• Lead transformational programs that reduce hazards, improve performance, and foster behavior change across employees, contractors, and visitors
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve industry-leading HSE and sustainability results
• Oversee audits, reporting, and documentation while promoting best practices to regional and global networks

• Facilities Management — advanced level; overseeing site operations to integrate safety, environmental, and sustainability priorities
• Communication — advanced level; engaging diverse stakeholders to align on HSE goals and drive cultural change

• Change Management — intermediate level; steering transformational initiatives that enhance operational performance
• Energy Management — intermediate level; implementing strategies to optimize energy use and support decarbonization efforts

• Critical Thinking — intermediate level; analyzing incidents and trends to proactively address risks and improve systems
• Environmental Management Systems — intermediate level; maintaining compliance frameworks and driving continuous improvement
