About this role

Job Duties

Packaging Design & Dieline Execution

  • Create and finalize production-ready packaging artwork and dielines across primary and secondary packaging formats, ensuring structural accuracy and print-readiness for global manufacturing partners.
  • Develop and maintain packaging files for a high volume of SKUs across multiple brand families, applying each brand’s design language system (DLS) with precision and consistency.
  • Execute new packaging designs and on-pack graphic treatments for NPI launches under the direction of the Graphic Designer Lead, Packaging and Creative Manager.
  • Build and manage dieline templates and master artwork files that support efficient versioning and scalable production across product lines.
  • Prepare and preflight press-ready files, ensuring compliance with print specifications, substrate requirements, color standards, and regional regulatory guidelines.

Revisions, Versioning & SKU Management

  • Execute packaging revisions and updates including engineering-driven changes, regulatory copy updates, barcode and UPC modifications, and brand refresh rollouts across existing SKU libraries.
  • Manage name plate, cliché, and label versioning across our house of brands, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout each iteration.
  • Support the Private Label program by producing and adapting artwork for dealer and distributor partners, including HVAC and security channel customers, with attention to brand compliance and partner specifications.
  • Maintain organized, version-controlled file libraries across all active packaging projects, ensuring assets are properly archived and accessible to global team members.
  • Manage simultaneous packaging revisions across a large SKU portfolio, prioritizing workload in alignment with NPI timelines and launch milestones established by the US-based team.

Global Collaboration & Brand Compliance

  • Work in close daily collaboration with packaging leads and creative managers based in the US, maintaining clear communication on project status, file handoffs, and revision cycles across time zones.
  • Apply brand design language systems with exacting standards, ensuring that all packaging output across brands, regions, and formats meet established visual and technical guidelines.
  • Coordinate with print vendors, packaging suppliers, and prepress partners globally to resolve production file requirements, color proofing questions, and manufacturing specifications.
  • Support packaging transitions and rebranding initiatives as directed by design leadership.

You must have

  • 2–6 years of experience in packaging graphic design or production design, ideally within a consumer products, electronics, or multi-brand environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, with a strong command of packaging-specific production workflows.
  • Solid understanding of packaging dieline construction, print production processes, prepress requirements, color management (Pantone, CMYK), and substrate considerations.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of SKUs and simultaneous revision workstreams with precision, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
  • Experience working within structured brand design language systems and applying brand guidelines consistently across a large and diverse product portfolio.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality you catch the small things before they become expensive press mistakes.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in an English-language, cross-cultural, globally distributed team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities with limited oversight in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered.

We Value

  • Experience supporting packaging production for North American and/or EMEA markets, including familiarity with regional regulatory and labeling requirements.
  • Experience with Private Label packaging programs or retailer/distributor co-brand packaging.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP platforms used in packaging release workflows.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Workfront project management tool preferred.
