• Program Planning & Execution: Own end-to-end delivery of strategic Physical AI programs, from concept through launch and deployment; define scope, schedules, and milestones, and ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the central hub across Project Management, Engineering ( middleware & application layer), product Marketing, Sales, and Business development ; align global and regional teams and drive timely decisions.
• Governance, Risk assessment & Reporting: Lead program governance, phase-gate check list &reviews, and steering committee meetings; proactively manage dependencies and risks; provide leadership with concise reports and KPI dashboards.
• Portfolio & Resource Management: Track priorities, resources, budget, and business impact to support planning, investment prioritization, and trade-off decisions.
• Process Excellence: Establish and continuously improve program management processes, tools, and best practices; at the Sr. Manager level, coach and develop program leads.

• Familiarity with semiconductor product development or Auto industrial domain ;
• Fluent English
• as program or project management skill , PMP/PgMP certification is a plus.
