POLITICO is seeking a Salesforce Administration Associate to join our Brussels team on a temporary basis for approximately six months.
In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative support in Salesforce, helping ensure customer accounts, user access and related data are accurately set up and maintained. The role involves a high volume of data entry and administrative tasks and would suit someone who is comfortable working with systems, following established processes and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Working closely with our Account Management and internal operations teams, you will help ensure requests are processed efficiently and customer and user information remains accurate and up to date.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and maintain customer accounts and user records in Salesforce.
- Process user provisioning, licence and entitlement requests.
- Activate customer trials and support new account setup.
- Enter, update and maintain customer and user data accurately in Salesforce.
- Identify and clean up duplicate account and user records.
- Support straightforward customer access and login issues and escalate more complex issues when needed.
- Process internal administrative requests accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Escalate Salesforce system issues through the appropriate internal channels.
- Support ongoing data quality and accurate record keeping.
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience using Salesforce in an administrative, data entry, customer operations or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when entering and maintaining data.
- Confidence working with systems and processing a high volume of administrative requests.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage repetitive tasks consistently and efficiently.
- Ability to follow established processes and identify when an issue needs to be escalated.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different teams.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
