Description Overview
At Perrigo, we are passionate about making lives better through trusted, high-quality self-care products that millions of consumers rely on every day. As our QA Manager Benelux, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, safeguarding product quality, and supporting consumer health across the region.
This position is based in Rotterdam, Netherlands, with a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and regular visits to our Ghent office in Belgium. Scope of the Role
- Act as Responsible Person (Netherlands) and Deputy Responsible Person (Belgium), ensuring full compliance with GDP requirements.
- Lead Quality oversight across distribution operations, supply chain activities, and third-party partners.
- Ensure continuous inspection readiness and act as the key Quality contact for Competent Authorities, including IGJ and FAGG/FAMHP.
- Own and continuously improve the Benelux Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead audits, recalls, deviations, investigations, and CAPA activities to ensure compliant and effective operations.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Quality team, fostering engagement and accountability.
- Champion a strong quality culture that prioritizes product quality, consumer safety, and continuous improvement.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance within a GDP-regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Quality Management, or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience as a Responsible Person (RP) or Deputy Responsible Person, or the readiness to step into such a role.
- Strong knowledge of GDP requirements and the regulatory landscape within the Benelux region.
- A collaborative leader who can confidently influence stakeholders and drive quality decisions across all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is considered an advantage.
- A proactive, pragmatic, and risk-based mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with authorities, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
- A passion for quality, continuous improvement, and ensuring products reach consumers safely and compliantly.
