Love taking things apart and figuring out what's wrong? As a Computer Repair Technician at PC Laptops, you'll diagnose and fix Windows desktops and laptops for real customers, in a fast-paced shop where no two repairs are the same. We're growing fast, and we promote from within - master the basics and you're already on your way toward Senior Technician, and from there into leadership as an Assistant Manager or Manager.

• $12/hr starting pay plus performance bonuses - most technicians reach senior-level pay of $14+/hr within their first 30 days
• A real path to management: move into an Assistant Manager role as positions open up, averaging $35,000+ a year, then a Manager role averaging $55,000+ - with our top Managers earning up to $65,000

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair Windows desktops and laptops using diagnostic software to pinpoint hardware failures
• Install and upgrade Windows operating systems, and source the right drivers and software for each build
• Help customers in person - with hardware, software, printer setup and drivers, email, and general OS questions

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable daily transportation
• Ability to lift and carry computer equipment up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
