Job Description
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining internal systems and network infrastructure.
- Provide first-level technical support and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Support patch management, system updates, and regular health checks.
- Document technical procedures and maintain organized records.
- Implement IT security and compliance policies under supervision.
- Collaborate with the IT Operations team to improve automation and efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in IT operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network administration preferred.
- Basic understanding of system and network management tools and processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Office 365, Google Workspace) and ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow, Motadata).
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience with tools like Azure AD, Manage Engine, or FortiManager is a plus.
