Clinical Specialist (Northern Java region)
About this role
Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive adoption of Masimo’s core technologies, including:
- Pulse CO-Oximetry
- Rainbow SET®
- Patient SafetyNet™
- Capnography
Brain Function Monitoring
Conduct clinical demonstrations, evaluations (using ADC), and presentations on Masimo’s value proposition.
Lead and support physical inventory processes as part of account conversion strategy.
Leverage CRM tools to document and manage activities and forecast data; update on a weekly basis at minimum.
Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical champions within hospitals.
Deliver high-impact presentations and training seminars to clinical teams to drive engagement and understanding of Masimo solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Specialists, Corporate Accounts, and Marketing to develop territory strategies and manage key accounts.
Support sensor contract agreements for both new and renewing accounts.
Clearly communicate clinical evidence and research findings to influence buying decisions.
Maintain strong knowledge of competitive activity and market trends within Singapore’s healthcare landscape.
Travel within Singapore and occasionally within Southeast Asia as needed.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of proven B2B experience, ideally in medical devices or healthcare industry.
Demonstrated success in managing key customer relationships.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong time management, organizational, and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and collaborative team player.
Ability and willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
Valid driving license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in hospital or healthcare technology sales in Norther Java region.
Familiarity with Hospital IT systems, EMR integration, and wireless monitoring solutions.
Additional Notes :
This position requires flexibility for client meetings and potential overnight travel. You’ll work closely with Masimo’s regional and global teams, with opportunities for professional development and career progression within a growing, innovation-driven organization.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Physical requirements/Work Environment
This position primarily works outside of a traditional office environment, making frequent customer contact on a daily basis. It requires frequent sitting, standing, walking and lifting (must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds). Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Must be able to travel extensively (both domestically and locally), so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required. Must have a valid Driver’s license with a driving record that meets company’s insurance requirements.
