Senior BMS Service Technician - Waco, TX

Our work spans four core areas: Building Controls, Energy Efficiency, Energy Advisory, and Facility Management—covering HVAC/mechanical optimization, BMS/BAS and EPMS controls, lighting system upgrades, energy brokerage, roofing and building envelope assessments, construction management, and more.

Whether you’re in sales, engineering, construction/project management, field operations, corporate, or technology, you’ll play a role in delivering these solutions and helping clients improve facility performance.

• Independently troubleshoot, service, and commission BMS systems in mission-critical environments.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networked control system issues.
• Execute service tickets from assignment through full resolution within SLA timelines.
• Perform system upgrades, backups, restores, and configuration changes.
• Execute commissioning and startup activities, including validation of system performance.
• Install and configure control system components, including sensors, controllers, and panels.
• Read and interpret control drawings to identify issues and implement solutions.

• 3-5+ years of BMS, building automation, or HVAC controls experience
• Proficiency with Tridium Niagara (N4) or equivalent controls systems
• Strong troubleshooting capability across control systems (hardware, software, and networked systems)
