Location: 7140 Avenida Encinas, 2708-27012 Loker Ave, Carlsbad, CA 92009
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am - 2:00 pm
Pay: $17.75 per hour. Paid Weekly (plus mileage reimbursement from property A to property B)
***Must have a Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance

What You’ll Do
As a Day Porter, you’ll be the eyes and ears of the property, making sure everything looks its best:
- Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day
- Pick up trash and empty receptacles
- Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces
- Clean restrooms and high-traffic areas
- Clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills
- Remove debris like stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti
- Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness
- Report maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor
- Always use required safety equipment (we’ve got you covered!)
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
You might be a great fit if you are:
- A strong communicator in English or Spanish – both written and verbal
- Familiar with using a mobile device (such as a cell phone or tablet) regularly for time-keeping and document review
- Enjoys providing friendly customer service
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Physically active and enjoy being on your feet outdoors
- Experienced in janitorial, custodial, or porter work (preferred—but not required!)
Physical Requirements:
- On your feet throughout the shift
- Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Walking stairs and large properties regularly
