The impact you’ll make

The GRC & FGI Export Customer Service logistics analysis is responsible for leading GRC operations and overseeing the outsourced 3PL FGI Export Customer Service operation. This role ensures service performance, export execution, compliance, and effective collaboration between the 3PL provider and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll do

【Import/Export Operations & Trade Coordination】
• Coordinate import and export logistics activities, including shipment execution, customs clearance, and shipping documentation.
• Monitor shipment status and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

【FGI Export CS & 3PL Management】
• Coordinate export requests, shipment arrangements, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Work closely with 3PL providers and cross-functional teams to support daily export operations.

【GRC Operations Management】
• Support daily GRC operations to ensure smooth execution and service delivery.
• Assist in issue resolution and process improvement initiatives.

【KPI, Continuous Improvement & Compliance】
• Track and monitor key operational KPIs and shipment performance.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and export control requirements.

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of logistics, export, customer service, or warehouse operations experience.
• Experience in 3PL vendor/service management is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of export logistics and shipment execution.
• Strong KPI management, RCCA/8D, and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Good English communication skills.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
