Associate Engineer, Equipment Production

As an Advanced Associate Engineer in Equipment Production,  you are responsible for performing all testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

•    Assemble and test mechatronics assemblies based on standard work instructions and test procedures
•    Gather measurement data independently and conduct self-verification
•    Perform complex troubleshooting, debug and repair and recommend interventions to the Production Engineers
•    Support continuous improvement Initiatives towards production quality / productivity improvements
•    Guide team members on initiative or line activities based on supervisor’s assignment
•    Assist in determining and developing work instructions on new assignments
•    Support training to all Product Lines based on supervisor’s assignment
•    Conduct performance testing independently
•    Assist engineers in developing new measurement sets
•    Provide on-the-job coaching to team members on simple or semi complex standard workflows
