• Responsible for end-to-end procurement activities. 
• Establishes and manages supplier relationships including MOQ management, support end to end process from reviewing demand and supply, PO management/ processing, rescheduling/ pull list management, shortage closure, On time delivery (OTD), shipment arrangement, defective parts Management to avoid impact to customer’s/ Keysight operation.
• Support Revenue maximization, Inventory Reduction, Cost Saving initiatives.
• Support process improvement efforts to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards continuous improvement.

• Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
• Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
• Good in time management to manage multiple escalations, projects in a fast-paced & dynamic environment. 
• Strong in analytical and negotiation skills.
