You will lead the design and build of the core interface where private-market operations teams interact with Nomerra's AI agents. As part of our small, high-caliber founding team in Berlin, you will shape the design system, review workflows, and human-in-the-loop UX that make agent output trustworthy and easy to act on. This is a foundational product role with outsized impact on how users experience AI at work.
Nomerra provides AI-native operations infrastructure around large language models to orchestrate real-time workflows. The model-agnostic platform enables provider flexibility, while its Agent Harness accelerates deployment and management of AI agents to automate operational processes.
