The industrial painter is responsible for prepping and painting components and finished assemblies according to blueprint specifications. They must also maintain the paint booth, equipment, and ensure a safe work environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of industrial painting experience. Proficiency in operating a forklift and overhead crane, along with the ability to interpret blueprints and travelers, is required.
This position is responsible for prepping and painting components and finished assemblies per blueprint specifications. Other responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the paint booth and equipment.
Physical Requirements:
The employee is continuously required to stand; frequently required to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms; and occasionally must bend, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, push/pull or life up to 50 pounds and talk and listen.
